Incredible $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Represents a Online Gaming Game Master's Fantasy
After a short availability back in April, this cartography software collection has returned for a limited time that lasts until Dec. 2. Hailed as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" created by ProFantasy Software over the years, the complete package carries a value of more than thirteen hundred dollars. And there are three different bundles available here.
Primary Feature
The standout feature is definitely a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard cartography program which enables users to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, smaller regional maps, urban layouts, and most notably, tactical combat environments.
An imaginative landscape chart generated in the CC3+ software platform.
Package Levels
Basic Package
The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Castle Source Maps, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, more than two dozen top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, and more than 70 urban floorplans.
Mid-Range Option
The eight-product collection for at least $15 is where things get more interesting through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's long-running monthly subscription service which includes multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from multiple angles. But it's obviously more advantageous for cartography beginners since it includes introductory guides to facilitate learning. The one caveat here is that while the purchase is available across platforms, the software is only usable with Windows systems.
Philanthropic Aspect
Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. In this instance, the beneficiary is Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally through education, health care, and emergency relief. The Bundle Filters option appear near the page top, though users may also choose any amount for a donation in the right-hand section. Additionally available is an "Adjust Donation" drop-down immediately below, enabling adjustment of how much of your donation goes to Humble, Profantasy, and Save the Children.
