Multiple passengers and crew sustained injuries after a Delta Airlines flight from LA to Sydney, Australia encountered rough air Friday morning.

The flight, numbered 41 "went through a short bout of rough air" as it touched down at Sydney Airport, an airline spokesperson informed. Four flight attendants were injured.

Local paramedics said they treated five individuals, and transported three to the hospital with minor injuries that included pain in the back and migraines. The patients' ages spanned from their 30s up to the 70s.
